Founder and Program Director
Falaya De Silva, is the founder of Destiny House and has been successful in leading our organization to greater heights. With a heart to serve families her specialty is servicing adolescents. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Kenneth Brown
Recruitment Specialist
Kenneth Brown is a highly accomplished in adolescent care. He has over 10 years of experience working in social services with an emphasis in family preservation.
Anglea Barbe
Trainer
Angela has a Masters in Social Work. She many years working as a social worker with foster and family agencies with an emphasis in Home Study. Angela is committed and passionate to serving families that support children in foster care.

Foster & Adoption Specialist
Nefertiti holds her Master degree in Social Work. She has extensive experience working in social services with a specialty in serving at risk-youth.

Executive Administrator
Imani has over 5 years working directly with
adolescents and the Department of Children's Services. She has served as a manager with a strong emphasis in organizational and system compliance.
